Race day is coming soon and I am getting really nervous....I don't know if I will be able to make it 5 KMS by October 4th. I am only running about 3 kms right now...and it depends on the day, sometimes I can only make it about 2.5 KMS. I have been trying to run almost everyday, and I am not sore. When I am not running, I am trying to walk everywhere I can. And I have been eating a lot better. I am worried though...I really want to be able to do this...
